My day Finally Comes

Today is a great day for me, and for that I have to surrender all praise and glory to my heavenly Father to whom I wish to write an open letter or note;

Dear Father God, I am so gratefull your kind and tender mercies, which I scarcely deserve. Your kindness knows no limits and your grace knows no bounds. I am too embarrased to contemplate what the reasons may be for you loving me like you do. If I were U God, I would certainly not love me, considering the blunders and mistakes I have made in my life up till here. Yet yesterday, after many years of prayer and petition, you granted me my wish of re-uniting me with my son.

Lancaster as his mum calls him or Cass as I call him, is my blood and only son. I am so grateful for you making this possible. Now La-Tasha, his sister, him & I can be family. I also trust that you will also finalise the issue regarding Megan Griffiths, my other daugter who lives in Dundee, KZN so that we can all be family. I thank you so humbly and know that you are a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. Oh how wonderful that You have made yourself known to us, for without you, where would we have turned for help? Bless you God,

Just for the Record

Let it be heard hear and now, let it be known here somehow...that I, Kenni Gambo, hereby declares that Yeshua Christos, Jesus Christ, the Nazarine who was here on earth 2009 years ago, is the true Son of the Living God Yehovah, and that I fervently believe that there is no other way to God but through the lifeline called Christ.

I also wish to put on record that young men who I have had the privilege of mentoring either officially or socially like Andrew Spaumer, Vincent Blennies, Ben Holland, Ezra Lingeveldt, Claude Chikozho, Carl Narsi and many more, have made me immensely proud of the value they have added to other people's lives. I would like to think that I had an input, no matter how minimal, in the way they have turned out.

Some are pastors, other's graduates and others are still finding their way to God. Yet I am proud of all of them and wish to thank God for giving me the privilege to both teach and learn from them.

Inspired

Today I wish to place it on record that I am truly inspired by Nollywood (Nigeria) and Kollywood (Kenya) filmakers. Despite the great odds they face in countries with almost no film infrastructures, they have produced movie industries worth billions of dollars, shooting with nothing more than wedding type video camera's.

Formerly disadvantaged South Africans, who have much better equipment should take heed. Their lack of innovation, professionalism and laziness has seen them fall behind. It doesnt matter what u have the old saying goes; it's what u do with what u have! Thanks Nigeria, India and Kenya!

?Most folks get worked up when their enemies surround them. Me?, I dance coz God?s given them a front seat to watch Him blessing me!? Hehehehehe!

?Prayer?s got a venue, a recommended place for her to happen. So when u pray, go into your PRIVATE room, and God who sees u there will reward you in PUBLIC.!?

Don't Let 'Em!

Today, don't let nobody go messing with your blessing!

I just got off the phone with my daughter La-Tascha and she wasn't sounding too confident and positive today, which got me thinking. There's way too many folks out there feeling deflated and anxious, even tired and jaded. That's completely normal. We are not machines and we DO get tired no matter how fired up we may be. That's called reality.

So what do we do to get out of this rut? Simple...we exhale. Then we take a gulp of fresh air into our lungs. We sit back and do absolutely NOTHING! That's right, NOTHING!

As you do that you will experience and exhilirating surge surge of new energy, starting out slowly and moving towards a crescendo. We are being energised by God, who told us to "Be Still and know that I am God!"

That will reverse the situation, leaving you energised and feeling confident. Now all you gotta say is thank you Jesus and you'll be on your way!

Tale of the Two Frogs

A tale is told about two frogs who accidentally fell into a bucket of milk.

Frantic to get out they started kicking for all their worth, doing all they can to avoid drowning. After some desperate kicking the one frog was worn out and just stopped kicking. Sadly it drowned.

But the other one kept on kicking and when the going got tougher and the struggle got rougher, it kicked even more violently! At the point of exhaustion, facing possible death, the remaining frog produced a last and desperate surge of energy. It kicked so hard that the milk soom turned into butter and the frog just walked on out!

This week I would like to share with you my Power Talk, The 10 Empowering Beliefs of A Champion!

By inculcating within ourselves the will to win, life becomes a constant challenge sweetened by the scent of victory. Yet daily many fill their minds with rubble from the daily tabloids, they read non-empowering literature which plants seeds of doubt in their psyche, robbing them of the power of positive thinking.

Fill your mind with empowering beliefs, practice them daily and within a few months, you will see a guaranteed change for the better!

Because you CAN....but only if you WANT TO!

Who is Your Role Model?

Since Jesus alone demonstrated to us how a perfect life should be lived, there really is no need for any other role model. Since He made it possible for himself to live in us, the role model we seek is inside of us. For higher than God Himself, a role model we cannot find! Indeed it is possible to be inspired by the actions, deeds or sayings of others, but emulating a role model goes much deeper than that.

It surpasses emulation of a deed, action or saying. It involves fashioning your character after that of your role model. For men may do admirable deeds, say courageous and insightful words and act bravely now and again, but those closest to them know just how fallible the hero can be. It was Jesus who lived the only perfect life and that alone means His character is the prototype of the perfection we seek!

The First Day

This is the first day of this blog. Welcome to all who will read this.

Over the years God has taught me many things and shown me even more. I have simply been amazed at how the Father can transform a sinner into a saint, almost reprogramming my mind with His Word and instilling a new heart into me. I am elated to know that if I strive for excellence in His service, my name will not be blotted out of the Book of Life.

As I share these experiences in days to come, I do so under the obedience of the Holy Spirit and with the humility and a grateful heart towards my saviour. May you be blessed as you eat from this bread. Bless You.
